Pro class with Lewis Wilkins

This class aims to enhance participants’ physical and cognitive capacity for coordinating the body across a range of movement contexts. It will include elements of experiential anatomy, challenging movement patterns, guided improvisation, and collaborative tasks. The session will also introduce some floorwork vocabulary, focusing on principles of safe practice and efficiency when moving into, out of, and across the floor.
