Starting our 2025 pro class series with a morning session with dance artist Salma Ataya.
In this class, we will use improvisation and set movement phrases to explore light alertness, helping us stay present, ready, and responsive. We will practice staying in motion, reacting softly to changes, and finding flow in movement.
