Z(ero)ing workshop with Mary Nunan

Dance Limerick Performance Space - Dance Limerick Performance Space (St. John's church), John's Square, Limerick

Description

Z(ero)ing is an improvisation-based movement awareness practice. It comprises a number of very specific practices to develop our capacity to be very focussed and very open at the same time. These practices also support us to sense the fullness -and emptiness- of our whole organism (body, mind and everything in between) as we move in and through space.

What is ‘everything in between’ you might ask. That’s what we each find in our own way in the workshops. That’s the best part of it!

The workshop is open to experienced dancers who wish to delve into Mary Nunan’s artistic approach and explore the practice of Z(ero)ing.

Friday 19 April | 11 am to 5.30 pm | Dance Limerick Performance Space | €22

The workshop is scheduled to commence at 11 am to support those travelling. If travel costs present an issue in your circumstances, please do contact us at info@dancelimerick.ie to discuss.
