Ballet for Adults - Beginners Level

Description

This class is an introduction to the world of ballet. As well as learning ballet positions and patterns, you will gain knowledge in the history of ballet and popular ballet styles.

This class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm.

8 week term : €96 + booking fee

Term dates: Wednesdays 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 May & 7, 14, 21 June 2023.
