Dance Limerick announces a 3-week set of professional classes with choreographer and dance artist Rachel Sheil.
Fridays 3, 10 & 31 March
This class will focus on a somatic warm-up that builds in energy throughout, learning easy phrases so that the mover can self-research and explore. Play, joy and fun is the name of the game here! There will also be a focus on imagery, imagination and moving through different movement qualities such as isolations, use of the face and foot-work.
