Ballet for Adults Improvers level | 2023

Description

This class is suitable for people with recent ballet experience. The class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises.

8 week term: 96€ + booking fee

Term Dates: Wednesdays 11, 18, 25 January, 1, 16, 22 February and 1, 8 March 2023.
