Description

Horse is the second part of the Persuasion Trilogy, comprising three separate works:

MOLONEY – Women and Power, HORSE – Perspective and Crisis, and FLORANCE – Nature and Alienation.

Horse is a script-based dance work with live narration and music telling the story of a deadly incident during a public health crisis from the perspective of five people involved, struggling with the relativity of truth.

Initial development began with a 2021 Professional Development Award. The development and presentation of the work is made possible under the Arts Grant Funding, 2022 and the Limerick City and County Council Strategic Award, 2022. Supported by Dance Limerick and Dance Cork Firkin Crane.
