Ballet for Adults | Improvers Level Winter 2022

This class is suitable for people with recent ballet experience. The class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises.

6 Week Winter Term : €72 + booking fee  

Term Dates :  Wednesdays 2, 9, 16 , 23, 30 November  and  Wednesday 7 December  2022.
