This class is suitable for people with recent ballet experience. The class promotes fitness, good posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and rhythm. The class will take the form or a traditional structured class consisting of a warm up, barre and centre exercises.

These online classes take place live on Zoom with the option of watching a recording of the class if you missed it
You will receive an email at least 1 hour before the class starts, with details of how to access the online class including the Zoom link. If you do not receive an email, please contact email@example.com.
You Will Need
- A device with access to the internet and audio, placed on a table/chair at eye level. We recommend a laptop or computer if possible as it means you will see the other participants as well as the teacher. - A clear space to move in, free of movable furniture and all other hard objects- The best floor surfaces are carpet, lino or wood, dancing on ceramic kitchen tiles or concrete is to be avoided please! - Comfortable Clothes you can move in
