Megan’s class will begin with a conditioning warm-up on the floor and segue into standing and traveling exercises. Built on a release foundation, this is a high-energy, physically demanding class which will finish with choreographic phrases suited to your living room. We will also dabble in hand-balancing and backbends throughout the class.
Classes are suitable for professional dance artists and advanced students.
Please note these classes are now being presented live via Zoom due to Level 5 Restrictions for Covid-19. Once you reserve your ticket for the class you will be sent the Zoom link to join at 9:30am on the morning of the class.
