Dance Clubs for 9-14yrs - March 2019

Class Dates: 23rd & 30th March, 6th, 13th & 27th April and 11th May. Please note no class on Saturday 20th April due to Easter or Saturday 4th May due to the May bank holiday.

This class will focus on movement creation through play, improvisation and freestyle. Rachel shares techniques she has researched and learned to provide structured improvisations (contemporary) and a freestyle environment (urban styles). Every class is different, building skills consistently, but in different ways. Dancers develop skills around body-awareness and perception, along with awareness of space and people around them. Through group improvisations, working in small groups and pairs, the class focuses on moving, expressing through movement and, of course, having fun! This class is suitable for boys and girls of any ability.
